Preliminary Agreement & Tender Process

We then enter into a preliminary agreement and begin the tender process. Over 4–6 weeks, our team prepares a detailed, itemised cost breakdown of your entire project, giving you complete transparency.

Selections & Contract Signing

With the tender finalised, you’ll visit our showroom to make material and finish selections. We then finalise and sign the building contract.

Regulatory Approvals & Permits

Once the contract is signed, we coordinate and obtain all necessary regulatory approvals and permits required to begin construction.

Construction
