Getting Started

We begin by having you complete our simple online questionnaire and arranging an initial discussion to understand your vision, needs, and goals.

Design Development & Budget Estimate

Once we receive and review your architectural and engineering documents, we prepare an initial budget cost estimate. When you’re happy with the budget, we proceed to the next stage.

Step 03

Preliminary Agreement & Tender Process

We then enter into a preliminary agreement and begin the tender process. Over 4–6 weeks, our team prepares a detailed, itemised cost breakdown of your entire project, giving you complete transparency.

Step 05

Selections & Contract Signing

With the tender finalised, you’ll visit our showroom to make material and finish selections. We then finalise and sign the building contract.

Regulatory Approvals & Permits

Once the contract is signed, we coordinate and obtain all necessary regulatory approvals and permits required to begin construction.

Step 06

Construction

Your dream home begins to take shape. Throughout the construction process, you’ll have access to our client portal, where you can track the schedule and stay updated every step of the way.

Completion & Handover

Once construction is complete, we deliver your new custom home and hand over the keys — ready for you to enjoy your new beginning.
